I'm a third year PhD student in the Developmental Psychology and Education Program at OISE, at the University of Toronto. I work under the supervision of Michal Perlman and am an active member of the
Future SkillsResearch Lab.
My primary area of interest is the future skills required in the evolving world of work. The Fourth Industrial Revolution has ushered in an era of employment uncertainty. Young people entering the labour market are increasingly insecure about how to secure employment now that jobs are becoming automated. Researchers, policy-makers and educators have recognized the need to train people with the
future skills needed for the future world of work.
Through my research, I aim to understand the
who, what and how of future skills.
